Secure your Online Transactions with Intel IPT

What is Intel IPT?

Intel IPT means Intel Identity Protection Technology. This will make your online transactions like online banking and online purchases to a  more secure login with a 2nd factor authentication. Compared to the traditional username and password, this comes with a code that is randomly generated per transaction. So in case someone knew your username and password to your online account, they won't be able to access it because there is Intel IPT.

This is not really a new technology, it has been around for years but you must keep a separate device or token for the code generator. This time, Intel has incorporated the code generator inside the PC. No more keeping of different tokens for each online account.
