1TB thumb drive from Victorinox

Swiss Army Knife company, Victorinox, showcased in CES 2012 their new addition to tools that can fit in your pocket. A 1 TB SSD data storage can be connected via USB 3.0 and eSATA ports and it features 96x48 pixel display to help you track how much is used.

There are bodies for the data storage device, 1 that has traditional Swiss Army Knife blade, scissors and nail file/screw driver combo and a flight-friendly casing without any pointed tools. Victorinox also announced the addition of USB 3.0 capable drives to its Slim flash USB line. The new 3.0 Slim will be available in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB capacities.

It also comes with a security feature,an  AES 256 encryption on both the software and the hardware. It can detect if it's being hacked - if the hacking software is getting close to the password it will burn the chip automatically. According to Victorinox, August is the target release date and will sell at US$2500-3000 range for the 1 TB model.
